Features of the Tunnel Lining Mesh Welding Machine

1. The line and cross wires are fed from pre-cut wire. The line wires are automatically fed while the cross wires are fed through a hopper. A servo motor pulls the mesh through for continuous production. The feed system adds to the tunnel lining welder’s incredible production efficiency.

2. Both the welding electrodes and transformers are equipped with a water-cooling system to prolong the service life of the mesh welder.

3. The welding system uses a synchronous power control and separate-control system for simultaneous or singular operation.

4. The welding machine adopts a motor driven, spring weighted design that minimizes operation costs.

5. Welding material can be hot-rolled ribbed bar, cold-rolled ribbed bar, hot-rolled plain bar, cold-rolled plain bar, etc.

6. The mesh liner welder can be equipped with a turnover, dropping and automatic packaging device.
