The production process of the machine:
Features of the Type II Steel Mesh, Automatic Rebar Mesh Welding Machine

1. Line wires are fed from coils which can be strengthened automatically. Cross wires can be fed from coils or pre-cut wires.
2. This production line is equipped with cross wire testing device. It will grab the wire automatically when there are very few wires. It will stop to grab the wire when there are too many wires in the hopper.
3. Both the welding electrodes and transformers are equipped with water-cooling system to prolong the service life.
4. Cooling circuit with stainless steel quick plug connector changes the machine in a convenient and quick manner. Use high-temperature water hose to prevent welding slag burn.
5. The welding equipment adopts synchronous power control and separate control. The welding process is controlled synchronously by electric board, making the welding transformers work simultaneously or separately.
6. The welding machine is motor-driven and spring-weighted, making the maintenance cost low.
7. The automatic mesh conveyor can automatically discharge the mesh sheets which have been stacked. This makes this equipment easy to manually bundle and carry. The length of the mesh features modular design, which enables convenient transport and unloading. The length can be extended according to your actual operating requirements.
8. Welding material can be hot-rolled ribbed bar, cold-rolled ribbed bar, hot-rolled plain bar, cold-rolled plain bar, etc.
9. Optional functional configurations include the devices of turning over, dropping, automatic packaging etc.
