The production process of the machine:
Features of the Fully Automatic Reinforcing Mesh Production Line I

1. Both line and cross wires are fed from pre-cut wires. Line wires are fed automatically while cross wires are added and distributed automatically from the hopper. A servo motor moves the mesh through the machine.

2. The welding electrodes and transformers are equipped with a water-cooling system to prolong the service life of the wire mesh machine.

3. Cooling circuit with stainless steel quick plug connector can change the machine conveniently and quickly. Use high-temperature water hose to prevent welding slag burn.

4. The welding system is synchronously controlled and the welding transformers can work simultaneously or separately.

5. The main structure of welding machine is motor driven and spring weighted to minimize operating costs.

6. Welding materials include, hot-rolled ribbed bar, cold-rolled ribbed bar, hot-rolled plain bar, cold-rolled plain bar, etc.

7. Can be equipped with turnover, dropping and automatic packaging devices.
